My previous role as a Police Officer has afforded me the innate ability to speak to those in the depths of despair, shock, anger and grief, which are often the emotions we feel when trying to think about how best to honour a loved one who has died. Often times, once we do start the conversation, what comes out is laughter amongst the tears, happiness interspersed with sadness. I will support you and guide you through what can seem like a daunting process, helping with readings, poems, music and venue choices as needed. I will take the stories you share with me and weave together the Celebration of Life ceremony befitting of your beloved.

People and love, the key components to any wedding and celebrating both in a way that is both unique and meaningful to each couple I work with is a true joy. Your wedding day should reflect who you are; your dreams and aspirations and I work closely with you, the venue and anyone else you want to include in the celebration to help you achieve exactly that. I am happy to take instruction; this is your day after all. I will also provide guidance and reassurance when needed as we all know wedding planning can be a little overwhelming at times. Together, we will create ‘your’ perfect ceremony.

Welcoming a child is a special time, and whether your ceremony is for a newborn, toddler or teen I love the challenge that a child centred ceremony brings. Being a mum, as well as having been a childminder in the past, I know how to navigate the many quirks of babies through to the idiosyncrasies of teens.
